Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive – Facilities to oversee the day-to-day operations, upkeep, and management of our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, efficient, and functional workplace environment that supports employee productivity and comfort.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily facility operations including housekeeping, pantry, security, and front desk services.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related maintenance (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pest control).
  • Monitor and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
  • Manage AMC contracts, vendor SLAs, and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Handle internal employee travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, local transport) as per travel policies.
  • Manage and coordinate office cab services across different employee shifts using the Routematic platform, ensuring timely pickups/drop-offs and proper escalation handling.
  • Coordinate with Vendor & Employees internally for Cab facilities.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory guidelines (fire safety, EHS, etc.).
  • Handle seating allocation, space planning, and support in managing office moves/renovations.
  • Coordinate with IT and admin teams to ensure smooth facility support for events, meetings, and visitor management.
  • Maintain facility-related documentation, MIS reports, and expense tracking.
  • Support audits and liaise with external inspectors (fire, safety, government bodies).
  • Travel locally, as required, for vendor follow-ups, audits, or office-related purchases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities or office administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong vendor and people management skills.
  • Working knowledge of facility management systems, AMC contracts, and basic technical understanding of office utilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in coordinating corporate travel and shift-based cab operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Routematic or similar transport management platforms is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel locally for admin or facility-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing mid-size or large corporate offices (100+ employees).
  • Exposure to workplace health & safety norms and statutory compliance.
