The Sr. Coordinator OSS Management supports the efficient operation of full-time technicians deployed at customer sites. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality, support hiring processes, ensure proper documentation, and facilitate smooth financial transactions. The Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance, handling billing processes, and supporting issue resolution efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Technician Support: Act as the primary point of contact for OSS technicians, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding of new technicians by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • SLA Monitoring: Track service performance against SLAs and escalate issues proactively.
  • Billing & Payments: Assist in generating billing reports, validating timesheets, and ensuring timely payroll processing.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date central repository of technician records, contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with HR, Finance, and SDMs to streamline operations and enhance technician engagement.


Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, coordination, or service management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage documentation, billing, and technician support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset to proactively handle operational challenges.
