Senior Talent Partner
Taipei, Taiwan
Time zone – Taiwan Time zone
8 Hours per day – regular working hours
Project Duration – 6 Months
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, engage and influence seasoned candidates, ensuring the most suitable, right-fit talents.
Job Responsibilities
· Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Job portals, social platforms, etc.).
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the organization’s opportunities.
· Stay up-to-date of talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insight to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decisions with fruitful data insight.
· Manage recruitment dashboard, including deliver hiring analysis report, periodic reviews with various stakeholders
· To monitor recruitment progress/ hiring quality and identify potential issues by proper reports and KPIs.
Job Qualifications
· Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on engaging and influencing senior-level candidates.
· Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office especially on MS Excel, Power point, etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills, able to work independently and a good team player.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of related experience with knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
