Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Global Supply Chain & Depot Operations to lead our global depot and supply chain operations across 22 locations. This role will drive operational excellence, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement while ensuring SLA compliance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global depot and supply chain operations across multiple regions.
• Manage inventory, spare parts planning, warehouse, and reverse logistics.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Own and drive adoption of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, inventory accuracy, repair turnaround time, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop global operations teams.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Depot Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Reverse Logistics.
• 5+ years of experience leading global or multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and service supply chains.
• Experience with WMS, SAP/ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
• Experience in IT Services, Managed Services, or Technology Hardware is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
• APICS CPIM/CSCP
• PMP or ITIL Certification
• MBA/Master's degree preferred
