Role Overview

As a Senior Executive – Global Talent & Development, you will design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs that build workforce capability and drive business outcomes. You will partner with managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging content, deliver learning solutions, and measure their effectiveness.

This role is 40% training program management, 50% content design & development, and 10% facilitation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Content Development (50%)

  • Design learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
  • Develop engaging content: presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and gamified solutions (e.g., Kahoot, Google Classroom).
  • Write clear, concise training material and ensure content quality and consistency.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
  • Conduct assessments, surveys, and data analysis to prioritize learning initiatives.

 

Training Program Management (40%)

  • Manage end-to-end training logistics: scheduling, participants, facilitators, materials, sessions, and dashboards.
  • Administer and update the Learning Management System (LMS), track progress, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and maintain accurate training records.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Implement training evaluation models to measure effectiveness and ROI. Collect and analyse feedback to enhance learning programs. Stay updated on L&D trends, AI-driven learning, and best practices.

 

Training Delivery & Facilitation (10%)

  • Deliver workshops, virtual and classroom sessions, ensuring interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Apply adult learning techniques to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Provide post-session coaching and constructive feedback.

 

Required Skills:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Project Management or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Canva or any similar designing tools, with LMS Admin experience.

 

Good to Have:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in instructional design.
  • Master’s degree in HR or related fields.
  • L&D certifications are desirable.
