Job Description
Finance specialist
Vietnam Office
1. Support the local accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting including:
• Reconcile & control the effectiveness of VAT, PIT, CIT reports prepared by local taxation team.
• Supervise tasks related to Service Contract/Invoice proceeded by local taxation team
• Control the Fix assets & Depreciations.
• Responsible for Internal & External Audits, 5-year Tax Finalization process
• Performing other analyses as needed and/or directed. • Estimate the monthly Funds requirement for business.
• Receive funds/ issue VAT report accordingly.
• Responsible for AR process: manage collections, follow up on due/past due accounts.
• Responsible for AP process: process & apply payments, vendor management.
2. Reporting & analysis:
• Financial support to local team for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, P&L.
• Other financial package reports as requested from the region.
3. Internal Control
• Assist in reviewing and improving processes to enhance internal controls implementations & compliances as recommended by internal auditors including procedures and flowchart.
• Ensuring Group policies and guidelines adopted.
4. Recruitment & Operation
• Support in finding CVs by LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Draft and manage labor contract.
• Coordinate and manage social insurance.
• Managing and working the task related to operation.
