Description:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will take lead and execute core MARCOM activities while laying the foundation for future scaling.”, acting as both strategist and hands-on executor. This role requires strong marketing communication and copywriting skills to craft compelling and consistent messaging across campaigns, ads, social media, website, case studies, and executive communications.

As there is currently no established team, the manager will be directly responsible for producing the materials and driving end-to-end execution, from campaign planning and content creation to brand language consistency and performance tracking. Primarily content creation, campaign execution, and brand messaging; may expand to report or digital/PR agency coordination over time

Working closely with sales, leadership, and delivery teams, the manager will ensure business objectives are translated into impactful marketing outputs while building the foundation for future team growth.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Messaging Development

  • Define and maintain AVASO’s global brand identity, ensuring consistency across regions, markets, and communication channels.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions aligned with AVASO’s service catalogue and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive corporate narrative and positioning to strengthen AVASO’s recognition among service integrators, OEMs, and enterprise customers.

2. Marketing Communications & Campaign Execution

  • Lead planning, design, and execution of integrated MARCOM campaigns (digital, social, events, PR).
  • Manage internal and external communication channels, including corporate website, newsletters, press releases, and media relations.
  • Drive copywriting across all channels, ensuring clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for campaigns, sales enablement, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create persuasive sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies, service briefs).
  • Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns aligned with business objectives.

 

 

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Global Sales Organization (GSO) and Service Delivery teams to align communication strategies with customer priorities.
  • Coordinate with HR/People & Culture for employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with external agencies, PR firms, and creative partners to deliver professional-quality outputs.

4. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Drive digital presence through SEO, SEM, and social media amplification (including leveraging platforms such as GaggleAMP, Google Analytics, and alike).
  • Oversee AVASO’s website and digital content strategy, ensuring engaging, optimized, and up-to-date material.
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.

5. Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all communication complies with AVASO’s branding guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Establish governance processes for content approvals and campaign execution.
  • Continuously review MARCOM practices, integrating industry best practices and emerging tools.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 7+ years in marketing communications, brand management, or corporate marketing roles.
  • Proven success in leading global communication strategies in the IT services or technology industry.
  • Experience managing digital platforms, PR, and content-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with employee or willingness to learn working with advocacy tools (e.g., GaggleAMP) and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms (e.g., Marketo) is a strong plus.

 

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in brand messaging, copywriting, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
  • Exceptional writing, copy editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across regions in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.

 

Performance Goals:

  1. Develop and roll out AVASO’s global MARCOM strategy within 3 months.
  2. Launch integrated campaigns (digital + PR + sales enablement) in the first year.
  3. Increase global brand awareness metrics (media mentions, digital reach, social engagement).
  4. Deliver a standardized sales enablement toolkit for global sales teams within 6 months.
  5. Position AVASO as a thought leader in global field services and IT asset lifecycle management through consistent external communications.
