Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Network Engineer, you will be supporting LAN/WAN network, SD WAN/4G/5G WAN Links, Data center networking, load balancer, DNS/DHCP/IP Management, WLAN experience such as Access Point/CAP WAP/Wireless controller.

Years of Experience:

3 to 5 Years

Domain Expertise:

- Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, wireless LAN and security technologies (Must Have)

- Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP,   

   FTP, TFTP) (Must Have)

- Experience on routing protocols - OSPF, BGP, EIGRP (Must Have)

- Basic knowledge of tools like HP NNM, Solarwinds (Must Have)

- Good understanding or experience in SD WAN/4G/5G WAN technologies (Nice to Have)

- Supporting and troubleshooting wireless LAN (Access Points and Controllers) (Must Have)

- Understanding of Data Center networking and load balancer (Nice to Have)

Project Experience:

- Experience in large enterprise environments (Must Have)

- Network monitoring/support experience (Must Have)

- Hands-on routers/switches/data centers/load balancer/APs/WLCs (Must Have)

Technical / Functional Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, routers, switching (Must Have)

- DNS/DHCP/IP Management experience (Must Have)

- Experience with F5 load balancer and Citrix Netscaler (Nice to Have)

- Experience preparing HLD/LLD Visio documentation (Nice to Have)

- Knowledge of TACACS/RADIUS/802.1x (Must Have)

- Understanding of Data Center architecture (Nice to Have)

- Wireless LAN support experience (Must Have)

- SD WAN knowledge (Must Have)

- WAN circuits like Broadband/4G/5G (Must Have)

- DR/BCM networking requirements (Must Have)

- Automation understanding (Nice to Have)

- Basic Python/Shell scripting (Nice to Have)

- Troubleshooting & escalation skills (Must Have)

- Communication with management (Must Have)

- Prioritization skills (Must Have)

Certifications:

- CCNA (Must Have)

- CCNP (Routing & Switching) (Nice to Have)
