Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in end-user support, desktop operations, and server administration. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set across endpoint management, virtualization, and application support, with the ability to work in enterprise environments and ensure high service availability and user satisfaction.

- SCCM / Endpoint Management – 4/5
- Desktop Support (Windows OS, peripherals, user troubleshooting) – 4/5
- VMware Virtualization – 3/5
- Server Administration (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) – 3/5
- Application Management & Support – 3/5
- Citrix (user support, access, troubleshooting) – 2/5
Core Skills
- Infrastructure: Windows Client & Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VMware
- Endpoint Management: SCCM
- Support & Operations: Incident & Problem Management, SLA Compliance, Documentation
- Soft Skills: Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Communication, Team Collaboration, Time Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
