IT Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Infra & Application Management:

• Hand-on experience in Windows and Linux server platform for performing application deployment and its maintenance.
• Good understanding and knowledge in full stack infra technologies for capacity plan.
• Experience in architecting the infrastructure planning for implementation of application.
• Experience in managing the license servers and its tools eg: FlexLM or LMtools to handle the license update, troubleshooting the issues, supplier co-ordination for renewals.
• Experience in administrating and managing the ALM platform Eg: PTC Windchill or Codebeamer
• Must have experience in managing the application upgrades, migration and involving DR activities.
• Experience working with cross functional teams for designing and project delivery.
• Must be flexible to support off-business hours for handling upgrade and migration activities when needed.
• Good understanding in containerization platform eg: AWS ECS or any other platform.
• Provide EUC support of R&D Engineers for the customized applications and solve its related issues. 

Product Management :

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer needs and insights into detailed product requirements and user stories in JIRA tool.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
• Collaborate closely with business team, engineering/design, and cross‑functional teams to deliver project in timely fashion by following the PMO process
• Monitoring the performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvements post‑launch of the product.
• Engage with product owners and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure successful product adoption and provide support.
• Manage product budgets in both CAPEX/OPEX, involving in PO activities, forecast financial impact, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize costs in long-run.
