IT Support Engineer EUC L2

Job Description:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while ensuring service to existing customers.
• Proactively analyze customer requirements and recommend technical solutions that align with their needs and provide value to both the customer and the company.
• Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure that solution designs meet customer-specific business requirements.
• Work in tandem with inside sales executives to prepare sales quotations, negotiate delivery schedules, and fulfill service commitments.
• Manage project sales, engage with customers to provide technical guidance, oversee successful project delivery, and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
• Assist in the timely delivery of IT infrastructure projects that support business objectives and operations on-site.
• Liaise with business users and respective IT teams to define IT infrastructure requirements and coordinate the implementation of systems.
• Oversee daily on-site IT infrastructure operations, including the management of digital certificates, domain names, and software license renewals.
• Assess the stability, security, and scalability of on-site server-based operating systems.
• Manage on-site IT resources to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.
• Review on-site IT infrastructure capacity and provide projections for expansion to accommodate business growth.
• Participate in the recruitment of on-site IT resources and provide training to ensure a proficient IT team.
• Review system error logs, troubleshoot on-site server errors, and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
• Review on-site infrastructure logical diagrams and ensure the integrity of their components.
• Assist in managing the company’s on-site IT infrastructure and systems.
• Actively participate in on-site project management activities.
• Conduct on-site audits of IT systems and assess their outcomes.
• Propose solutions to enhance on-site platform architecture, security, and performance.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of an on-site disaster management plan.
• Evaluate and maintain on-site software licensing and inventory management.
