IT Stock Controller

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Stock Controller to manage inventory operations at our India depot. The role requires strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and on-site delivery coordination. The Stock Controller will ensure that stock levels are properly maintained, discrepancies resolved, and deliveries executed smoothly to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse systems.
• Handle on-site deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Provide reporting and updates on stock status to management.

Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage on-site deliveries effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
