Field Service Technician

 

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

 

  • Perform Onsite maintenance and calibration services in accordance with the maintenance checklist – Life Science Products
  • Obtain customer signoff on e-service reports and update ticketing system as required to close job
  • Perform adhoc works as assigned by superior
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 0830hrs to 1730hrs
  • Overtime will be compensated by time-off or payment in-lieu 

 

Desired Skills & Expertise:

 

  • Understanding of fundamental biotech sciences and processes
  • 1-2 years working knowledge in basic life Science support / Clinical customer support / Reagent handling etc
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Can drive a car to support customers anywhere in Thailand with a Driver's License
  • Training will be provided to work on CRM tools
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Training on device/equipment maintenance and calibration will be provided
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude with growth mindset preferred

 

All tools including computing devices will be provided
