Role Summary / Job Purpose
To support end-to-end Global People Shared Services operations by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR administrative and operational services across geographies, ensuring consistent employee experience aligned with Avaso standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee and Contractor onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to employee queries within defined SLAs, ensuring professional and resolution-focused communication.
- Assist in audit preparation, data validation, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to global HR policies, SOPs, and data privacy standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Tools / Systems / Technical Knowledge
- HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ticketing or case management systems
Decision-Making Authority
Manages assigned transactions and employee requests under the supervision of SME within defined policies and SOPs.
Problem-Solving Complexity
Handles routine to moderately complex operational issues by applying standard procedures with limited ambiguity.
Stakeholder Management / Influence
- Internal stakeholders include India and Global employees, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition and IT teams.
- Non-client facing role with cross-functional coordination.
- Influence on peer and operational team level.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR shared services, people operations, or HR administration.
Atleast 1 year of experience working in a global shared services environment
