Role Overview:
The Executive – Global People Shared Services will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support across HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee experience. This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, HR systems updates, documentation, and coordination with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems, always ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage employment letters, confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
2. HR Operations and Compliance
- Assist in maintaining compliance with global HR policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
- Support audits and provide required HR data and reports as needed.
3. HR Systems and Process Excellence
- Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with employee movements and changes.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with global HR teams, line managers, and employees to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Respond promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and accuracy.
5. Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and maintain regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in workforce analytics and provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Maximum 1.5 year of experience in HR operations, shared services and employee lifecycle management.
- Good to have Experience working in a global or multinational environment preferred.
- Shift will be on rotational basis.
