Position Title: Enterprise Systems Engineer

Domain: DBA, Middleware, SAP Basis, Wintel, Linux

Role Summary: Provides technical support for enterprise platforms, including databases, middleware, SAP Basis, and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer and optimize database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

· Manage middleware platforms and application servers.

· Support SAP Basis operations and system configurations.

· Perform system patching, tuning, and troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for deployments.

· Ensure system availability and performance.

· Maintain documentation and support audits.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· Experience with database and middleware administration.

· Knowledge of SAP Basis and server OS (Windows/Linux).

· Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).

· Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture and integration.

· Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

· Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.

Typical Experience: 10+ years in enterprise IT, with DBA or middleware roles Language

Requirements: Bilingual in Japanese and English
