Job Description: Digital Transformation Project Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Transformation Project Specialist to lead strategic technology initiatives that enable process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational agility. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in IT project planning and management, stakeholder engagement, and change management to drive end-to-end digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

· Solutioning & Decision-Making: Lead solutioning activities, leveraging data analytics, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis to recommend the best-fit solutions for business requirements.

· Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders for Analytics, SNOW, Field Force Applications product development, and a some project planning and management.

· Drive the implementation of new tools/systems, and automation initiatives to optimize business processes for clients, very good communications and presentations skills needed

· Manage and lead various B2B System integration for clients with focus on timely delivery and value addition.

· Lead and govern various AI Automation and Application related projects including but not limited to ITSM, Asset Management & Project Management related projects.

· Oversee project governance, resource planning, risk management, and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.

· Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and outcomes.

· Manage end to end activities of project with special focus on,

1. Requirement gathering & documentation

2. Business process mapping & reengineering

3. UAT coordination & test planning

4. Rollout & implementation strategies

5. User training & change management

6. Post-go-live support & hyper care

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. Formal education in project management would be helpful.

· Minimum 8+ years of total experience, with 6+ years of proven IT project management/Specialist experience, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives like ERP Implementation, Application development and B2B system integrations.

· Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with relevant certifications (e.g., LSSGB, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL) preferred.

· Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects with distributed/global teams and working in UK/general shift.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects, MS Project, Asana, Trello).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
