- provide users with hard- and software installation services for their devices, including the operating system.
- move devices between CUSTOMER office spaces, buildings, and sites within the same Cluster, as well as logical asset moves in Active Directory, and data migration to a different device.
- add hard- and software to the devices.
- change existing hard- and software configuration, including regular updating and reinstalling the OS when defect, BIOS, Firmware updates, installing existing and approved software packages, non-packaged software, remotely and on-site.
- support devices in training classrooms
- technical preparation and support for events (e.g., general meetings, financial press conferences, smaller meetings etc.) Runbooks will be provided.
- Support workplace and label printers, repair, location moves, cartridge replacement, paper jams, logical server moves (All will be part of training), get IP- Addresses from IP Address Management Software, driver and software configuration, Network configuration, labelling, setting up the printer queue and special tasks on the print server management console.
Support users with service requests without any defects, e.g., with data backup and restoration, (Avaso would not be owning loss of data. Engineers would only guide/support users in performing the steps.)
- operating system reinstallation and upgrade, as well as extended user introductions to new systems. Limited to End User Data only. And data ownership to be with End User Runbook will be provided.
- manage the break-fix support for such Mobile Devices
- coordinate with vendors for replacement of Mobile Devices within the warranty period.
provide IMACD support and security management for Mobile Devices as requested by CUSTOMER’s information-security team.
- wipe Mobile Devices immediately upon CUSTOMER request to address any security issues.
- Handle device replacements and repair co-ordination including the following tasks:
- headsets
- speakers
- Bluetooth dongles
- docking stations
- webcams
- webcam covers.
- moving and removing phones
- request regarding video systems if break and fix is necessary.
- the IPC devices installation and repair
- The SUPPLIER shall extend patch cables from patch panels to equipment.
- The SUPPLIER assists HAM team with stock documentation, management, and frequent stock investigation.
- handle device incidents so that users are affected as little as possible and (if possible) the device is brought back to a functional state.
- carry out tasks based on tickets that were assigned to them via ITSM tool.
- route tickets based on existing SSDs and / or process descriptions that are stored in a process management tool.
- take over the following services in particular:
- Provide Equipment and Software support for-approved End-User Devices including conference systems, including troubleshooting and, for Equipment issues, identifying the defective component(s) in the applicable End-User Device and coordinating with the OEM for warranty replacement.
- Establishing contact, coordinating possible solutions and, if necessary, arranging appointments with users for on-site use
In the event of hardware faults, processes for procuring spare parts are opened based on CUSTOMER support agreements with vendors. Spare parts are to be made available on site for engineers. To manage any procurement on site. Engineers need to follow processes.
Provision of replacement devices from the CUSTOMER device pool if required o Management of the CUSTOMER device pool.
- Resource and operational planning for own and external technicians considering the foreseeable work volume and the SLA / KPI agreements. As per MSA
- In daily business, process, update and manage the client asset data in the ITSM tool promptly, on their own and independently of the trigger.
- Monthly independent check and measuring of asset data quality according to the SSD. In the event of differences, appropriate measures are initiated.
- CUSTOMER provides the required raw data and definitions / conditions (SSD) and reserves the right to carry out random samples at irregular intervals and to request prompt improvements Shall be shared once runbook is confirmed.
Reporting on ticket numbers and SLA compliance considering the following weekly overview of the numbers in / EMEA / or open and closed tickets with trend development; monthly reporting on ticket numbers and SLA compliance / KPI, inventory of SWAP devices
