Role Summary / Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Development & LMS will be responsible for managing AVASO’s Learning Management System, with SAP SuccessFactors Learning as the core platform, and supporting structured Talent Development execution through TNA, program governance, learning analytics, dashboarding, and ROI tracking.

The role will act as the functional LMS administrator, ensuring accurate configuration of learning pathways, curricula, learning assignments, user access, compliance tracking, learning records, dashboards, and LMS-enabled learning journeys. The incumbent will support the Talent Development function by translating approved learning priorities into structured, measurable, and system-enabled execution.

The role requires strong LMS administration capability, sound understanding of digital learning operations, analytical discipline, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve learning efficiency, reporting, and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including course creation, curricula, programs, catalogs, learning assignments, user groups, permissions, notifications, completion tracking, learning records, and reports.
  • Configure and maintain learning pathways, role-based curricula, capability streams, onboarding journeys, compliance learning, and recurring learning assignments in line with approved Talent Development priorities.
  • Maintain LMS governance through accurate course metadata, naming conventions, catalog visibility, content version control, completion rules, SOPs, administrator checklists, and audit-ready learning records.
  • Resolve LMS-related user queries, access issues, assignment errors, completion discrepancies, reporting gaps, and system workflow issues in coordination with HRIS / IT where required.
  • Support the design and execution of the Training Needs Analysis framework by gathering inputs from HRBPs, people managers, business leaders, employee feedback, performance insights, and capability requirements.
  • Analyze TNA inputs to identify learning needs, skill gaps, common themes, and development priorities, and translate approved outcomes into learning plans, LMS assignments, learning pathways, and program calendars.
  • Manage the Talent Development execution calendar and program governance trackers, ensuring timely planning, launch, participation tracking, attendance, completion, feedback, follow-ups, closure reports, and escalation of execution risks.
  • Support governance for key Talent Development initiatives, including onboarding learning journeys, functional academies, leadership programs, compliance learning, and capability-building programs.
  • Upload, test, tag, publish, and maintain digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, assessments, job aids, SCORM files, learning resources, and digital toolkits.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Talent Development dashboards covering enrollments, attendance, completions, overdue learning, participation rates, learning hours, assessment results, feedback scores, and program effectiveness indicators.
  • Support learning ROI and effectiveness reporting by consolidating learning data, feedback, assessment outcomes, manager inputs, post-program actions, productivity indicators, and other business-linked measures where available.
  • Present learning insights in a leadership-ready format with clear observations, risks, recommendations, trends, and follow-up actions.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve learning administration, content curation, learner communications, dashboard summaries, knowledge checks, microlearning support, and reporting efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements to LMS governance, learning pathways, learner experience, dashboarding, data accuracy, process discipline, and overall learning operations.
