Assistant Manager – Depot & Logistics

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Depot & Logistics to oversee warehouse operations, domestic and international logistics, and depot activities across India. The role demands leadership, strong process management, and the ability to coordinate with both local and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, optimize warehouse efficiency, and contribute to client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with international logistics standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage depot and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead domestic and global logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare and present depot performance reports and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with global teams to align processes and meet SLAs.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6 + years of warehouse, depot, and logistics management experience.
• Experience in both domestic and global logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
