8. Role Summary / Job Purpose
Commercial ownership of enterprise and regional accounts, focused on growth, retention, and structured new business development. Drives revenue expansion, supports complex multi-country deals, and ensures execution alignment between customer and delivery.
9. Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow assigned enterprise/regional accounts
- Develop and execute structured account plans
- Generate new business within accounts and new logos
- Support and lead complex multi-country deal pursuits
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline in Salesforce
- Lead or support proposal development and pricing alignment
- Coordinate with Solutioning, Finance, Legal, and Delivery
- Manage customer relationships at Manager–Director level
- Identify risks, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure adherence to governance, pricing, and contract processes

- Understanding of IT services and field services domain
- Stakeholder communication at mid-senior level
- Pipeline and forecasting rigor

- Basic understanding of ITIL-based service delivery environments

15. Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Engineering or related)
- MBA preferred
16. Experience Requirements
- 5–10 years in IT services or technology sales
- Experience in enterprise account management
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-service deals
